The People, The Land, and The Future of Israel is a collection of essays based on a conference held at Calvary Baptist Church in New York in 2013. The book is comprised of 17 chapters divided into 4 sections: Hebrew Scriptures, New Testament, Hermeneutics, and Practical Theology. All the chapters are focused on the future of Israel.
All the authors are of a Pre-millenial and Dispensational Theology mindset. While I did not necessarily agree with everything, this book does provide the reader with much information to consider. Two aspects of the book that I liked were the study questions at the end of each chapter and the URL and QR codes to access the conference videos.
While this book does not contain any really new material, there are some very well-written chapters that deserve your undivided attention. I particularly liked the Hermeneutical chapters. The arguments presented by Dr. Blaising regarding the shift from Israel being a particular people to a universal mindset was very good.
